Romulus PDO Valais
Romulus is an in-house creation blending Humagne Rouge, Cornalin, Syrah, Merlot, and Pinot Noir. The grapes come from carefully selected plots.
Tasting notes
Its delicate and fruity bouquet of blackberries and candied Morello cherries is complemented by a beautiful unctuousness, supported by a subtle woody note. The attack is fresh and supple; on the palate, it reveals itself to be creamy and charming. The tannins are very present but in perfect harmony with the alcohol. It is both powerful and silky, inviting indulgence.
Food pairings
Pairs particularly well with grilled meats, game dishes, or a platter of hard or semi-hard cheeses.
