This is the most original and exclusive wine of Valais. It is also undoubtedly one of the most remarkable white wines. This grape variety thrives in light, lean, well-irrigated soils. It reveals its full potential on the sunniest slopes.
Tasting notes
Slightly coppery yellow color reminiscent of the color of wheat ears. Distinguished, vigorous bouquet, with aromas of citrus and some more discreet notes of pineapple, apricot, and quince. On the palate, a complex, fine, harmonious wine. Slightly salty finish.
