Romulus AOC Valais

Romulus was created by our "Maison" and is composed of Humagne Rouge, Cornalin, Syrah, Merlot and Pinot Noir. The grapes originate from carefully selected vineyards.

Tasting notes
Fine nose with candied blackberry and wild cherry aroma which goes along nicely with is enhanced by a smooth and subtle wooden note. The attack is fresh and supple, the palate charming. The tannins are very present but in perfect harmony with the alcohol. A both powerful and smooth wine to enjoy!

Suits particularly well grilled meats, game dishes, a platter of hard or semi-hard cheeses.
