Tasting notes
Very floral, lime-blossom nose. It conveys beautifully the natural minerals of the terroir enriched with a hazelnut note. On the palate, this fresh wine with a sustained acidity and a splendid liveliness make this wine very easy to drink.

Excellent as aperitif, ideal with prawns and sea food salads, charcuterie/cold meats, fish, fondue, raclette and cured meats (Valaisan platter).
