Trémaille is an original wine which has been developed by Rouvinez in order to obtain an ample and powerful wine, vinified in casks, able to be stored for a long time. Trémaille is a blend of Petite Arvine and Chardonnay grapes.
Tasting notes
Lively yellow colour; fruity perfume of pineapple or even lemon in its youth. This wine merges the fruitiness of the Arvine with the robust structure of the Chardonnay. Aromas of almond, spices, toasted bread, beeswax, with just a hint of bitterness and a long persistence of the flavours in the mouth. Complex and powerful wine that needs to age for some years.
Food-wine pairing
Excellent with shellfish, fish terrines and seafood.
