The Domaine de Crêta-Plan produces a red wine from the Syrah grape. On this well-aired and sunny hillside, this late-growing variety has no difficulty in reaching its full ripeness.
Tasting notes
Dense red colour with a dark sheen. The bouquet has both spicy and smoky notes and has a slight perfume of blackcurrant and cherry. The palate is full, rich, tannic and complex, the wine surprises by its intensity and elegance. Pour into a carafe one hour before drinking, in this way you will be able to enjoy the richness of this wine even more.
Food-wine pairing
Great with grills, lamb and venison. In fact, all sorts of meat go well with this wine.
