Gamay Hurlevent AOC Valais

Launched in 1959, the Hurlevent range offers 20 wines that pay tribute to the diversity of grape varieties and Valais specialties.

Gamay is a red grape variety that stands out for its freshness and vivacity. It produces light wines, often marked by aromas of fresh red fruits such as cherry, raspberry and strawberry.

On the nose
 An explosive bouquet of red fruits, berries and black cherries, blends wonderfully with the spicy notes of white pepper and nutmeg.

In the mouth
It has a smooth attack with a nice volume in the mouth and a subtle acidity. Notes of forest fruits, blackberry, black cherry, and blackcurrant are discernible. This wine reveals tannins that are present but well-integrated, with a smooth and persistent finish.
