Nose
Its clear nose brings to mind ripe melon, currants and quince. Smoke, from maturing in the barrel, and grilled almond create a good balance.
Mouthfeel
We begin with a lively attack and a good volume on the palate. This is a soft and full-bodied wine, which is well balanced between sugar and acidity. The combination of a taste of grilled almonds and roasted pineapple leaves a lingering aftertaste of a magnificent complexity.
