Tasting
Rich yellow colour. The flowery nose reveals scents of roses and exotic notes reminiscent of mandarin peel, little residual sugar. Wonderful balance between sweetness and acidity. Harmonious on the palate.
Goes along nicely with
Duck breast salad, foie gras, rhubarb and cinnamon pies, small fruit gratins. Can also be enjoyed as dessert wine.
